Acceptance of Terms

Agreement

By accessing or using the NRI One Stop website, mobile applications, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NRI One Stop Destination.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Description of Services

Service Scope

NRI One Stop provides coordination and facilitation services for NRIs across five key areas: Public Services & Documentation, Property & Real Estate, Medical & Parental Healthcare, Legal & Policing, and Financial & Tax Services. We act as your trusted representative and coordinator in India, liaising with government offices, service providers, and professionals on your behalf.

Service Limitations

While we coordinate and facilitate services, we are not a law firm, accounting firm, medical provider, or government agency. Our services involve coordinating with qualified professionals and authorities. We do not provide direct legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. For specific professional advice, we connect you with licensed practitioners in the respective fields.

User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features and services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to keep your account information up to date, use a strong and unique password, not share your account credentials with third parties, and not create multiple accounts for the same individual. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Service Engagement & Fees

Service Requests

Service engagements begin when you submit a service request through our platform or during a consultation. Each service request will be reviewed, and we will provide you with a detailed scope of work, timeline, and fee estimate before proceeding. Services are initiated only upon your confirmation and acceptance of the proposed terms.

Pricing & Payments

Service fees vary based on the nature, complexity, and scope of the requested services. All fees will be communicated transparently before service commencement. Payments may be made through the methods available on our platform. Government fees, stamp duties, registration charges, and third-party professional fees are charged at actuals and are separate from our service fees.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery. If a service has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund. For services in progress, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Government fees, third-party charges, and expenses already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable. Detailed refund terms are provided in individual service agreements.

User Obligations

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when using our services. Providing false or misleading information may result in service delays, legal complications, or termination of services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all documents and information submitted through our platform.

Cooperation

Timely completion of services often depends on your cooperation. You agree to respond promptly to requests for information or documents, provide necessary authorizations and powers of attorney, make timely payments as agreed, and inform us of any changes that may affect ongoing services.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, submit fraudulent documents or false information, attempt to circumvent Indian laws or regulations, interfere with or disrupt our platform or services, or use our services to harm, harass, or defraud any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of NRI One Stop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Content

By submitting documents, information, or other content through our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You retain ownership of your content and can request its deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Service Outcomes

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results for any service. Government approvals, legal proceedings, and third-party decisions are beyond our control. We are not liable for outcomes determined by government authorities, courts, or other third parties.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRI One Stop's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, internet or infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data Handling

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and share it only as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Our team members and partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Arbitration

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English in Hyderabad, India.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account and stop using our services at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay for services already rendered. Any ongoing service engagements will be concluded according to their individual terms.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, fail to make agreed payments, provide fraudulent information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to us, our partners, or other users. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations.

Changes to Terms

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will provide notice through email or a prominent announcement on our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
