What is a Pattadar Passbook?
The Pattadar Passbook (and the linked Record of Rights / ROR) is the government document that records who owns a piece of agricultural land, its survey numbers and its extent. It is now largely digital — on Bhu Bharati in Telangana (which replaced Dharani in 2025) and MeeBhoomi in Andhra Pradesh. This service is a single place to get, verify, correct or update it.
