Ration cards are issued by the Civil Supplies Department through the Tahsildar / MRO under the National Food Security Act, with a fair-price shop serving your household. A clean case — an e-card download, a reprint, or a simple correction with documents in hand — is straightforward and fixed-price. Others take more work: a new card, adding or removing a member, a head-of-family or category change, an Aadhaar e-KYC gap, a fair-price-shop transfer or ONORC portability. Court orders, heir disputes and welfare-benefit conflicts are handled by an expert; if a household appears excluded under the eligibility criteria, we'll say so plainly and explain the path forward. The government fee is nominal and passed through at cost — you mainly pay our facilitation fee.
