A legally-valid digital signature for filings, tenders and company compliance. A DSC is required to sign income-tax, MCA / ROC, GST and tender filings electronically. Choose the wrong class or a mismatched identity and filings are rejected. NOS arranges issuance from a licensed CA with correct KYC — including video verification for NRIs.

What we can help with
A DSC is issued by a licensed Certifying Authority (eMudhra, Capricorn, (n)Code and others) after identity verification and a short video step. An individual Class-3 signing certificate with a clean Aadhaar-OTP eKYC is straightforward and fixed-price. Others take more work: an organisation certificate (with a board resolution / authorization), an NRI or foreign applicant, a name / PAN / Aadhaar mismatch, a DGFT or Document-Signer (HSM) certificate, or a lost-token replacement. Ownership, authorization and court-directed disputes are handled by an expert; if a mandatory requirement can't be met, we'll say so. The Certifying Authority certificate and USB-token cost are shown separately and passed through at cost.
