Educational documents (university + HRD/GAD verification), multiple documents, translations and embassy cases take more work; legal / court documents, prior rejections, closed institutions and foreign-issued documents are handled by an expert. If a document genuinely can't be authenticated, we'll say so plainly and recommend the fix.
